BBC: February Review Link Up

Welcome to month two of the British Books Challenge. You all got off to a flying start in January so let's hope February follows suit.

This month the wonderful prize pack is courtesy of BLOOMSBURY BOOKS.

I will be reading lots of Bloomsbury titles myself this month. I'm rather excited.

Here are the wonderful books that feature in this month's prize pack:

There will also be lots of bookmarks, postcards and posters for the February winner too:

A huge thank you to Bloomsbury for sponsoring this month of the challenge and being so generous with the books for the prize pack. I love that there is such an eclectic mix of titles.

So without further ado, let's link up those reviews:
Please make sure that your link goes directly to your review and not to your main homepage. Thanks!

Wonderful prize pack, wow!

Tyme's End is a great novel and I love this cover, it's just as I pictured the mansion. Can't wait to write the review!

Tales of Terror from the Tunnel's Mouth is on my wishlist. Now I know it's Bloomsbury's book.:)

You're awesome for having publishers put together such amazing prizes!

It might be a stupid question, but I'm not sure I understand how this works, so I'm going to go ahead and ask anyway...
Do we only link our reviews to books for the British Book Challenge, books by Bloomsbury (or the publisher for each month) or just whatever book we read??
I appreciate any help on this matter!

Btw, I think the prizes are great! It's so wonderful you can get the publishers put together such great gift packs!

Another fantastic prize pack! I can't believe whole month has gone by, it doesn't feel like it!

Great looking set of prizes - some really good books in there. I'm hitting the ground running this month with two reviews up already - can't see this level of output lasting much past the end of this week though :-)

Cool..... just realised that means I have reached Winston Churchill status already :-)

Glad you are all excited by the prizes.

Phanee, to answer your question - you can link up any reviews for any British book. It doesn't have to be a Bloomsbury book. I am focusing on Bloomsbury this month as a thank you to them for providing the prize pack.

Bookzone, I am put to shame by your prolificness!

Thanks for replying, Becky! I think I'd better get cracking then!

Just realised, I have already reviewed two British books for February! So, I've linked them up! Hope I'm doing it right!

I remembered to link up my February book, Worrals of the WAAF, but forgot January, Mystery at Witchend.
I wonder will it still count

Amazing prize pack ! Thank you so much ! Unfortunately, my first review of this month isn't a true love... Hope it'll get better :)

Whoops! Forgot to include the title of my reviewed book in the link, but it's 'The Golden Compass' by Philip Pullman. Congratulations to all on their lovely February reviews :)

Hurrah for another great prize pack - I've just linked my first of the month. Not as many this month as I've been focusing on love month, but should be a few more anyway...

Really enjoyed Mo Hayder's Birdman - hadn't read her before. This is my first 'grown up' novel to be reviewed for the BBC, but I'm sure there will be more YA and kidlit to come, I don't stick in one category for long!

This month's prize pack is great again. I spot a couple I already had on my wishlist, and have added a couple more after following your links.

Becky can you remove the first Thirteen Treasures review I put up as I forgot to add link!!! I know brain not in gear.

Another great set of books! :)

I think I'm going mad... I can't see the Link list to mad my latest review.

Hi Becky
I'm loving this challenge - it actually makes me focus on the authors more than I usually would! Thanks.
Hope this one is okay - it's not a new novel but Susan Hill is a UK author.

Clover said...

Oh! I actually feel slightly disappointed that I haven't been reading as many British authors this month, but have added another one. Am hoping for three more reviews of British authors this month, but we shall see.

One down, and another to go for this month--this is SUCH fun to do, Becky!

And here's another one...Eastern European vampires and how to pop a bloated corpse...mmmmn!

It really makes me happy to see how MANY reviews there are. There's another one for me :)

I'm so late in posting reviews this month!

Clover said...

I think those two will be it from me this month, but hope to read more in March! Love this challenge.

Liz said...

Gaaah! I was a complete Ninny and didn't link my reviews to your site last month.

I have however linked Feb's reviews. I'm only a month late!
