BTW, it might be just my problem, but I can't scroll your embedded form from left to right. The first line seems to be broken, I can only read it as fa as "Please rememb" and then the second line starts with "enter. Good luck!" I've tried it first with Firefox, then with Internet Explorer (but it was worse). Anyway, considering that extra entries are 1+1+5=7, and that the maximum number of entries you can have is 9, I hope I'm making things right by putting 2 in that blank, since I'm not doin any extra entry. If this is wrong, sorry, but after a long day at work my brain usually turns into jelly and I can't make the simplest calculations :(

More lovely comments. You guys are fab! I on the other hand am a complete mathematical failure. I totally messed this up. My excuse? First time I tried using google docs and it was confusing! I'll just give everyone an extra entry. It should have been a maximum of 8.
